Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR) is a trusted leader in children’s mental health, serving thousands of youth annually.

Since welcoming our first child to the Ranch in 1957, we’ve transformed countless lives, guiding youth toward healing and resilience in the face of trauma and mental health challenges.

Today, we provide a full spectrum of care across Montana. Through our PRTF residential treatment at our historic campus in Billings, therapeutic group homes, and statewide community-based support, we equip youth with the hope, strength, and tools that prepare them for life.
